PSC is pleased to announce the immediate availability of our computer based training (CBT) package designed especially for our IATS users.  This CBT focuses on Civilian Permanent Change of Station (CIVPCS) travel and is designed to train IATS users on CIVPCS entitlement rules and the corresponding IATS procedures.  Please visit the PSC training portal to view a free sample and purchase a license.
